  • Moore Public Schools is partnering with SSC to bring additional resources and support to the district’s custodial, grounds, and maintenance teams. Current district associates have done important work caring for Moore Public Schools. This partnership is designed to build on that foundation by providing expanded training, tools, equipment, staffing support, and operational resources from an organization focused on school facilities.

  • Many school districts outsource facilities services to gain access to more resources, specialized expertise, and consistent support across multiple schools. A partner like SSC provides dedicated systems for staffing, training, supplies, equipment, and quality assurance, allowing the district to stay focused on students, teachers, and learning.

  • When current associates transition to SSC payroll and join SSC Services for Education, they will receive a $1.50 increase to their current rate of pay. Employees will also have access to SSC benefit options, including health insurance and a 401(k). Additional details will be shared during the transition process.

  • No. Associates will continue working in their current building and performing the same duties. SSC’s goal is to maintain consistency for both associates and the school communities they support every day. There may be opportunities for change in the future. If any adjustments are needed to meet operational needs, SSC will work closely with associates to understand the impact of those changes.

  • Associates will receive the same number of days off they previously received with Moore Public Schools. With SSC, this time will accrue monthly.

  • When associates transition to SSC, they will continue to receive holiday pay on the same schedule they currently receive through the district.
